Contact information: Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other contact information when you submit a form, enroll in a program, register for an event, purchase a service, create an account, or communicate with us.

Payment information: When you purchase a program, workshop registration, digital product, space rental, CohortReady+ subscription, or other service, payment may be processed securely through Stripe or another third-party payment processor. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our systems.

Enrollment information: For the Nurse Aide Training Program, we may collect identity verification, educational background, and health-related documentation as required by the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education and applicable program requirements.

CohortReady+ school account information: If you are a school owner, administrator, employee, or authorized user of CohortReady+, we may collect your name, business name, business address, email address, phone number, account information, program information, user permissions, scheduling preferences, payment settings, and other information necessary to configure and support your account.

CohortReady+ customer data: Schools using CohortReady+ may enter, collect, or process information relating to prospective students, applicants, students, graduates, employees, or other contacts. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, inquiry information, appointment information, application status, enrollment status, payment status, communications, and other information entered into or collected through the platform.

Communications: We may retain emails, text messages, form submissions, support requests, and other communications to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain records, and support CohortReady+ customer accounts.

Website and platform usage data: We may collect information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, login activity, and use of website or platform features through standard analytics, security, and technology tools.

Service providers: We use third-party platforms and service providers to operate our business and provide our services. These may include Systeme.io for website and email functions, Stripe for payment processing, Eventbrite for event registration, HighLevel and related service providers for CRM, automation, communications, and CohortReady+ functionality, as well as hosting, telecommunications, analytics, email, and technology providers. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Customer-directed processing: When a school uses CohortReady+, information may be processed according to that school's instructions and use of the platform, including communications, scheduling, enrollment follow-up, and payment-related activities.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory authority, or other lawful process, including reporting obligations to the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education for our licensed programs.

Business protection and security: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, property, users, customers, or operations of The CAL, CohortReady+, or others.

With your consent: We may share information in other circumstances with your permission or at your direction.
